We usually work from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, but there is always someone watching in case one of our clients needs a very urgent order.
What is the difference between a sworn translator and a non-sworn translator?
A sworn translator is a person who has passed an examination by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or the corresponding one in another country) which confirms that he/she is prepared to make a reliable translation of your document written in language X into language Y.
Performing a sworn translation implies a legal responsibility since the translator certifies that what he/she has translated is exactly what is found in the original document.
How do you send me the translation?
We work with courier services such as UPS, Seur or similar. As soon as our translators send you the translation, you will have a tracking number of the translation at all times so that you will know when it arrives.
Do I need to send you the original documents?
No, it is not necessary. A PDF file, photo or scan of what you need to translate is enough.
Will you certify a translation if I translate it myself?
No, it is illegal. The translation has to be done entirely by our team.
